Upon graduating UNC-Charlotte in 2002, Reymon found his passion for real estate in 2003 while underwriting for a major insurance company in the Charlotte area. 

"I've always had a business mindset and passion for helping others."

Growing up in Winston Salem, Reymon was drawn to real estate early. The father of his best friend would give him advice about the best investments he should make before 25 years of age. One of which was real estate. It wasn't until he graduated college and began underwriting that he decided to pursue real estate sales and property management. His marketing, finance, and technology background made his transition to real estate a smooth one. 

After many successful years in real estate Reymon decided it was time to  create his own business, and Morgan Realty Inc. was born. 

"It is our mission to educate our customers prior to conducting business. We take pride in being there for our customers before, during, and after the transaction. That is one of the reasons why I have been able to stay in business over 15 years."

Reymon has given many of his former clients the blueprint to start and operate a successful small business. He also has a program for students who would like to pursue a career in real estate upon graduating high school. 

"I named the company Morgan Realty Inc. in honor of my family making sacrifices to ensure my path to adulthood would be less stressful than theirs. I use the phrase, opening doors and changing lives because real estate is the key to financial freedom. Owning a home also increases the self esteem, focus, and determination of children and adults.
